I am my own person

Who are you to tell me who I am? At a young age people ask you what you want to be like an cowboy or a princess. Then when you grow older others try to create a path for you to be what they want you to be. Then some will realize they don't have to follow this path that they can be who they want to be. So I ask again .... who are you to tell me who I will be.
