round and round in circles
i chase your tail
because you commanded so and
because you could not be bothered
to do so yourself
round and round i have
chased many a tale
only to find you laughing
and running away
(too fast)
round and round i have
spun about and circles
never acknowledging the meaning
of my chosen pivot point
round and round i have
spun about in circles
never questioning
your status
as the center of my world.
