Don't let a little thing like total public humiliation come between you and a good time.

In the middle of a forest, she stands tall and proud,

With dignity unmatched, by those all around.

Waiting, watching, unlike any other,

She stands and waits because, she's the patient mother.

Then when spring comes, her seedlings sprout

Until there are too many to count.

Then a summer storm takes its toll
As thunder starts to roll.

Her roots can't hold much longer,
She goes down into a deep slumber.

Her spirit starts to soar,
The oak tree is no more.

In the middle of a forest, she once stood tall and proud.

Her dignity is still unmatched, by those all around.
