No.
Do they see past the blank face?
No.
Can they see into swallowing eyes?
No.
They let the they eyes pull them in?
Yes.
They don’t see, that there are no scars?
Yes.
They don’t see past their fear.
No.
They see a kid,
Tough and emo?
No.
The kid is scared. . .
Yes.
The kid is alone. . .
The kid has no one. . .
Why?
That’s what the kid wonders. . .
Does the kid have a family?
Yes.
Are they her real family?
Yes.
Do they notice the kid?
No.
The world doesn’t see past the scars on her heart?
No!
