Blood frozen like a river
deathly quiet, coldly glimmers
life beneath the saintly shimmers
fades away for one more time
sounds of what once was
echo from the ghostly past
as cracks appear like breaking glass
shattered silence whispers softly
playing out your fears at last
straight from your earthly memories.
the river crumbles from your mental plight
and your world is plunged into eternal night
