I point my lashes down
and you can picture my face.
I’m smiling.
Open your mouth,
speak with your heart,
and you can see my soul.
I’m waiting.
Place your arms
around my waist
and you can embrace my uncertainty.
I’m trembling.
Press your lips against mine
and try to catch me.
I’m falling.
