We cannot hear your cries
We cannot feel your pain
Your sorrow is lost
Your tears are dry
Yours bodies are not burned
your ashes weren't left behind
your heart still beats
you have not departed
These are the sweet lies
that we repeat a thousand times

these are the sweetest lies
that we for ever despise
for they will always stay lies
