my eyes stay shut
then open wide
blink
time goes by
but i stay still
breathe
it claws around
i realize
gasp
this is a problem
pushing back
work
it goes down
and down and down
below
it gets worse
and worse and worse
until
all that's left
fingers still type
nothing
told myself
can do it all
can't
can't stop
can't stop
can't stop
can't stop anymore.
