Sitting high up in the crisp air
Looking down on Palm Tree Village
I see PVC pipes
Poles used as horse jumps
Main focus?
Bright red stripes that wrap around the dull white pole
Big huge climbing trees
With branches reaching to the clouds
I relax on a dull brown branch
Trees with arms that catch me
Like my mom did when I fell
Piles of fresh mulch lay across the ground
Smelling like molasses
Palm Tree Village
On a Friday afternoon
With no life
