Be who you are. Don't be anything less.
Strength isn't just measured by how much pain you can take.

To write a poem
Is like coloring the world
You never know what you will share first
With every breath would you paint the sea
With every stroke would you rinse the need

To write a poem
Is like painting a picture
Your only want is to share
It’s beauty with the world
With the effects lasting forevermore

To write a poem
Is like seeing a newborn baby
All the joy and laughter
Seems to flow along
Like its natural

To write a poem
Is like a boxer’s victory
The pride of your win swells up inside
After all that hard work
You have found your success

To write a poem
Is like spring in a forever cold hideaway
The shock of something so beautiful
And natural never wears off
Even with time

To write a poem
Is like gently laying someone down
To rest
You’re filled with sadness and grief
But hope for they will find a better life

To write a poem
Is like watching a child sleep
The moment goes on and on forever
Instilled in peace
And calm

To write a poem
You need the
Special inspiration
That comes from
Your happy place, memories

To write a poem
You need to step
Beyond you’re outer
Shell, showing off
Who you really are

To write a poem
Your mind needs to
Expand and broaden
It’s knowledge and
Imagination

To write a poem
That makes it to the top
Is what I have been waiting for
All my life, it’s my own special
Dream
