with no shoulder to cry on
nobody to call for help
nobody to believe in
nobody to call mom or dad
sister, brother,cousin,aunt
nothing
i wanted you
and i lost you
i gave you all i had
i lost you
i was sure
i hoped for you
i prided and pleaded
i took a chance
this time it was different
you were all i needed
