Looking through the glass
Wondering how much time has past
And the people on the outside looking in
At an animal bred by sin
Just a beast upon the floor
I’ve been institutionalized
Everybody has realized
That I’m not sane
The clocks aren’t turning in my brain
Because after you left
My heart and mind just gave up in to rest
But now I rise from the floor
Fighting the insanities that will attack me no more
