Annie

When I come home
After school
You're always there
To greet me
***
You lay on my lap
And purr
As I scratch your ears
You listen
As I tell you about my day
***
I tell you everything
Knowing you
Could never tell
My secrets
***
When I'm sad
You comfort me
You make me smile
My kitty-cat
***
When I broke my ankle
You took care of me
You never left my side
My kitty-cat
***
You're better than
Any other cat
Any other dog
You're my one and only
Kitty-cat

The End.

I do love my cat! She's the best! Thank you so much! It's awesome to get compliments like that on my work! I will keep writing.

Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take... but by the moments that take your breath away.
