I feel the warmth on my skin
I hear the birds
I hear the waves crashing to shore
Open my eyes
Here I am
My favorite place to be
Everything is calm
Nothing can go wrong
Just a place for me
The sun is bright
Yellow as can be
Burning so hot to fry an egg
Getting a tan
To be a golden color
My toes in the sand
Sand is cool under my feet
Just a place for me
I can do what I want
And no one will care
This place at night is amazing
The sun sets across the water
Turns into a bright orange
The sky turns as dark as a black pen
Stars come out
Shinning bright high lighter bright
The warm air cools
And the sand gets cooler
The place is still beautiful
Where everything is right
Just a place for me.
