It starts with a smile,
A look
With a gentle touch,
Or the sound of your voice
Here with you,
I am safe
Here in your arms,
I am home
It feels like
The soft, warm glow
Of a candle-lit night
And time drifts away
As the world fades out
Until we are completely
Alone
The gentle glow
Is stronger now
Brighter, more intense
Like the brilliant,
White glare
Of sunlight on water
I feel your lips
Brush my ear
As you whisper softly
“You’re blushing”
