Sometimes I feel empty.
There are so many things
that I love about life,
but sometimes I forget.
I’m sad and lonely
and I can’t explain why.
Everyone needs a purpose,
no matter how insignificant
or futile
it may be in the bigger picture.
I have a purpose,
I must.
But sometimes I forget.
