I lay on my back,
Whirls of colors going through my head,
Apart from the white and blue,
Nowhere to go,
Calmness,
Tranquility,
Overtaken by the undying urge to
Accomplish,
Laughing,
Enjoying time with friends,
Precious moments,
Conversation comes and goes,
Same pattern follows in family,
Bound knowledge put on hold
While open knowledge soars,
Stories never written
Are read from cover to cover,
Endless memories brought to pass,
Are cut and pasted in the blink of an eye,
Endless possibilities,
Infinitive time runs short,
Calmness,
Tranquility.
I sit at my desk.
