Lost in her mind
Not aware of what’s happening.
Running
But not fast enough
Fighting
but not hard enough
Screaming
But not loud enough
She is lost.
No sense in
Direction
Stuck on her own island
Not on a map
Just her
Problems
Left at home
This is her
Sanctuary
It’s disappearing
It’s gone.
