I’ve been her friend since freshman year
but never had the guts to ask
if she would want to spend some time
with the man behind the mask
finally I took the chance
I asked this pretty girl to dance
and she said yes and we had fun
I wished to dance until the sun
came up in the morning
but she had to go
that’s ok cause ill always know
that she felt for me as I do her
a step up from where we were
cause my heart craves to be in her light
she is always so happy and bright
and it makes me smile to know she’s there
cute little face and beautiful hair
eyes so deep, awesome smile
it makes me want to stay a while
and even when things are bad
she will always make me glad.
