Facing her
Mountain of fears
She
Trembled.

Every worry
And pang of pain
And doubt
And sorrow
That she had
Ever had
Now stared her
In the
Eye.

Not knowing
What would
come ahead
She
Set forth.

But after climbing
For a while
She began to
Understand.

With every step
she took the
pile of fears
Slipped down,
And
dragged her
Down
Too.

Yet she denies
failure
its cruel
wish
And climbs on.

Swallowing
Her fears,
And
taking
long
courageous
bounds
She leaps and
she
Continues.

Gaining distance
With the
Passing of time
She
Persists.

And much to
her advantage,
She
walks
on.
