The great outdoors

By
More by this author
The sky slowly turns dark
The songs of birds quietly die down
Chirp..

Chirp..

Chirp...

Night slowly sets in
The moon fills the sky and the owls hoot
Hoot..

Hoot..

Hoot...

The warmth of the fire warms my face
The sounds of crickets fill my ears and then the fire cracks and pops
Crack..

Pop..

Crack...
I roll out my sleeping bag and pick a nice spot near the fire
I slowly drift into a deep sleep
There’s nothing better than camping...
