don't pluck the strings on my broken guitar
you might just make me cry.
don't make it twang where its old and rusted
you might just make me snap.
don't mend the wood where its scratched and chipped
you might just make me feel pretty.
but if you do, please don't leave me leaning against the wall
i might just fall
in love.
