I enter.
It seems quite hopeless
inside this horrible torture chamber,
because I see the bright spacious sky
above this silly stubborn maze.
It's teasing me,
showing me that I am indeed lost.

No hope is visible
until I am finally rid
of those tremendously bothersome
dead ends
and before me,
the corn disappears,
revealing the way back
to the real world.

I wrote this for school after I went in a corn maze under confusing circumstances.
