Our hearts all ache the same way.
When our toys aren't meant to be fixed.
The plastic shatters and dolls will cry
And the broken parts are mixed.

And my hair will grow,
And my limbs will move,
And my blood is built like yours.
And my muscles will bend,
And my bones will crack,
And this defective body
Is under attack

But my mind, my mind,
Will remain roaming freely
My thoughts speed down the highway
I'll catch up with the thoughts
That can tease my judgments
And sit with them in the shade

Wow.. I actually never thought to say or use the body parts to classify us as same. It seems like the poem knows my mind.
