I Threw You My Heart

I threw you my heart
You dropped it
And it broke
I didn’t think that that would happen
But it did
I saw it
My heart shattered on the concrete
You didn’t think twice
Before you let it slip from your fingers
It was a hard fall
And it hurt
So what can I do now
That my heart is broken?
I blame myself
But you’re the one responsible for the breaking
Maybe you should think again before you hurt another
Like that again
