Spring
Blossoms-
Flowers of red hue
Grows-
Plants sprinkled with dew
Changes-
The wind of the west
And brings-
New beginnings
But you notice not this.
You
Drive-
Over cracking gray ridges
Ignore-
The perceptive adages
Silence-
That opposing norm
And bring-
Sedentary rules
Instead…
Feel-
The ephemeral light
Sense-
Birds in flight
Stop-
Adding to the noise
And alter-
The way things are come spring time.
