laying with you in a bed of comfort
locked legs and fingers,
staring into each other's eyes
my hair splaying around my face
tears form behind my eyes
you look and see
the guilt i feel
our hearts break as we pull away
the words unspoken
actions lost among the distance
miles and miles between us
alone in the dark
longing takes over
your arms around me
your soft lips against mine
gone
your voice, your touch
gone
