Keeping inside

I’m hiding
From everything
You can’t see all the pain that is inside of me
But I am holding all the pain, hurt that has been caused
I told myself not to let out the pain and show it
I’m just going to keep from letting it out
So that I don’t hurt anyone with what I said
I am holding up strong
Trying everything I can
But every time you hurt me it shows my pain and all the tears I shed
All the pain just brings me down, all the sadness, hurt, discomfort, lies that are
Inside
So I am Keeping all that in the inside so that you won’t see
