The best thing about writing is it never hurt you.

Watching the water around me

Rocks holding me down

Forgetting the reflection of the sun

Keeping me hot in daylight

When the snow already covers my soul

Watching the sun go down

Makes me sad

Leaves me alone in the cold

Waiting for the moon

It doesn’t make me hot

But its light gives me hope

With a consumed heart

I stand at the window

Watching the peace running through the night

It makes me believe in a change

No color

Can brighten the evening

Still again I am

Seeing the shadow of my soul

Running till tomorrow

I wrote this poem because i feel like it's time for violence to stop. It is everywhere and I have been waiting for a change for a long time and there is never a change, and still I am
