with every word you ever said
I knew inside i was becoming dead
you told your lies but demanded the truth
did you even have a clue?
you were the lightning to my storm
destroying everything in your path
I once thought your heart was warm
but i got it confused with your wrath
I was woven into your little web
blinded by your false routine
warped by the things you said
shadowed by what you wanted me to see
So now I keep my eyes closed
in a world of darkness
So now I am no longer exposed
To the world of lies...
