"To be consciously aware of it, to experience love in ourselves and others, is the meaning of life. Meaning does not lie in things. Meaning lies in us.” ~ Marianne Williamson

Her slick skin melts in tenderness
Her 100 % freshness makes his hear flutter
Her quality sends vibrant warmth to customers
She slouches against a harsh plum
His purple coat like a waxy jacket
Her soft eyes wander to the nectarine
He shyly smiles
His cheeks flush a delicate pink
His eyes glowing
Knowing that it would be the last time
He would see her radiant face
She bats her dark eyelashes
and reluctantly turns away
The shopping cart is pushed farther down the aisle
His eyes linger on her for a second
Savoring
and his basket is tugged away
