One Day Memories
I hold the door for you and that’s okay
‘Cause I know you’ll do the same for me one day
I know I look like nothing special now
But I’ll make my name known by the world, somehow
I’m not sure exactly what I’m gonna do
But you’d better hold on, ‘cause I’m coming through
I’ll get my millions and the house in Paris (Paree)
By simple being a trademark me
I’ll be the dive who has rock ties
I’ll only drink tea that’s been stirred clockwise
I’ll wear my Viv West patent leather boots
But of course, I’ll never forget my roots
I’ll host the best parties and charm the elite
And without the entourage I won’t be complete
Diamonds will be my one best friend
I’ll be living the life that will never end
The dream that’s now merely a far fantasy
Will one day become my reality
So I’ll hold the door for you and that’s okay
‘Cause I know you’ll do the same for me one day
