Free Spirit
I am a Free Spirit
Freer than you think
I walk
I run
I jump
I fly
I spin and twirl
My body feels the vibration of the beat
Interprets it into physical tongue
Under the protection
Of what They call a hill
I call it a mountain
The dirt is my dancefloor
The stars are my elaborate decoration
The trees are my audience
Although
I do not dance for Them
I dance not for others
I dance for me
I dance with abandon
Only the happiness
Exists for me
Here
In this space
In this moment
I am who I want to be
I am lucky
For me it does not take courage
For others
I takes a world of bravery
To let go
To be free
They hear
But they do not listen
They move
But they do not dance
I wish
Upon my dancefloor
My decorations
My audience
That one day
They will free their Spirits
From the cage
Called Acceptance
