Broken Promises

You could scream, yell, and insult me,
And I wouldn't care.
You could punch me and beat me to pulp,
And I wouldn't care.
You could do anything you could do to me,
And I wouldn't care.
But when you break a promise,
That's when I'll get pissed and fight back.
I've lived with you for the past thriteen years,
And one thing you should know about me,
Is that the only thing I'll never forgive...
Is a broken promise.
