A top-down effort was launched to resolve the issues.
A dispute threatened to topple their love.
Opinions warned that their distrust would be an endpoint.
Full reconciliation was a distant prospect.
He wanted to embed her with love,
But she would not agree with his negotiations.
He had threatened her too many times.
She deeply resented their issues.
She warned they’d reached an endpoint.
Reconciliation was not possible.
On a prosperous day in May,
She resolved to quit their love.
