What Would You Do If You Had No Fear?

What would you do if you had no fear
Would you sit still and wait, while danger draws near
Could stare down your demons, and dream of chaos
Would you never cry, and suffer from loss
Would your life be long-lived, or dreadfully short
Could you treat death like a game, and life like a sport

What would you do if you had no fear
Would you look back at others like looking in a mirror
Could you smile through hate, and laugh through pain
Would your brain be justified, or would you go insane
Could you be alive, could you ever care
Would you just be lost in the fearless devil’s snare

What would you do if you had no fear
Would you swim in deep water, both cloudy and clear
Would you take a leap out of faith or something much worse
Could you look upon fear as a blessing or a curse
Would you ever know love or life or despair
Would you ever see God would you ever know prayer

What would you do if you had no fear
Would you make yourself known or try to disappear
Would strike others down, let them know that they’re weak
Would you make a million promises that you’ll never keep
Could you have a real purpose, a meaning to go on
Would you feel like the world, couldn’t possibly be wrong

What would you do if you had no fear
Would you question your existence, ask why you’re here
Would you like to run fast, on slippery ice
Would you even know that you caused your demise
Could you truly be you, without any question or doubt
Could you keep on living, day in and day out

What would you seek if you had no fear
Something beautiful, something priceless, something damned, something rare
What would you look at if you had no fear
Something beautiful, something priceless, something damned, something rare
What would you be if you had no fear
Something beautiful, something priceless, something damned, something rare
