Never Good Enough

You yell.
You hit.
You scream at me.
Why?
Because no matter what I do,
It’s never good enough for you.
“Why aren’t you perfect?
Why can’t you do this right?
You’re useless;
Worthless.
And no matter what you do,
It’s never good enough.”
I try to help,
But I do things wrong.
And when I don’t,
You yell and hit me.
Because no matter what I do,
It’s never good enough for you.
I’M NEVER GOOD ENOUGH FOR YOU!!
