Thank you anna for the time we spent, 6 months isn't really long but it was well worth it.

I thought you where the one but it turned out i was wrong
why has this been happening to me for so long?
now im alone with no one around afraid that i might stumble, even on level ground
but as time moves on these wounds will heal and a stronger man shall be revealed
but love is a pain and i should know
it leaves scars in your heart, mind and soul.

Although you hurt me anna, the pain is gone for thanks to you
My dream may yet come true.

Here's to my inspiration that got the ball rolling.

The author's comments:
this piece is dedicated to my ex- girlfriend. The reason being if we never broke up, then i would have never written this poem and thus start becoming a poet.

Hello everyone. I also forgot to mention that this was the very first poem that I ever wrote. so forgive me if it's not as well written as my newer ones.
