Doth the hours
Move steadily on
Leaving shadows
In their wake
For me
It is of no importance
Thy time of day
Or minute of night
No matter
If the lark sings of morning
No matter
If the nightingale chirps of dark
Time is but a friorless neccessity
To me the likes of which
Is unneeded
But others admired
Doth the hours
