Favorite Quote:
A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness.
Robert Frost

Drooping heavily these sagging lids
Carry me to a world so far away yet transpired instantly
My eyes twirl back as I’m swept away
Swirling into a drowsy mist

Carry me to a world so far away yet transpired instantly
I long to be amongst the evaporating clouds
Swirling into a drowsy mist
Riding on the wings of raven feathers

I long to be amongst the evaporation clouds
And so I appear, springing forth from the mouth of my wishes
Riding on the wings of raven feathers
Passionate zebras travel assuming they’re horses

And so I appear, springing forth from the mouth of my wishes
Anteloping from frostbitten toadstools
Passionate horses travel assuming they are like the zebra
I’ve journeyed in the blink of an eye

Anteloping from frostbitten toadstools
Drooping heavily these sagging lids
My eyes twirl back as I’m swept away
I travel in the blink of an eye
