"Oooh! Dark matter, we better bring a flashlight!"

Behind closed doors secrets were shared
Passion bloomed in the safety of isolation
We were so happy, alone in a fantasy
Lost in the magic
Fearless, and free
Hearts were spilt like ink on a page
We were in lost
We were in love
But things soon changed
Our lives were thrown into reality
Secrets fell
Red hot passion
Turned icy and cold
Doubt imprisoned our hearts
Riddled with fear of the future
Our deepest heart desires, now weapons
In each other’s hands
Things have changed and love
Has broken
Nothing left
Behind closed doors.
