The Muse
Smoke floats through my mind’s eye as I fly,
Fly over my self and into oblivion;
I am Moses sitting afoot the burning bush,
I am the Buddha sitting afoot the sacred fig,
I am Isaac Newton sitting beneath the apple tree,
I am Enlightenment.
Cross Legged contemplation leads to me,
I transcend now and here, there and when,
I am eternal bliss,
Order in Chaos
Burning through the world’s mental pipes,
I am the muse of great men,
Open thine eyes and behold.
