wanderer oh wanderer
what breaks your heart
Why do you cry
What has come about for you to break apart

lover oh lover
you left me all alone
you left me here to cry and beg
for just someone to take me home

wanderer oh wanderer
forgive me and move on
I loved you for a time
until something went wrong

lover oh lover
my heart is always for you
that is why I sob and cry
as loudly as I do

wanderer oh wanderer
how sweet your sad song plays
the time has come though for us to part
and go our seperate ways

lover oh lover
I cannot just go on
I cannot try to live
And just move along

wanderer oh wanderer
what shall you do
for I wont take you in
there is no place in my heart, not for you

lover oh lover
I know the one thing
that can fix my heart
and cure my pain

wanderer oh wanderer
go then dear
heal your pain
fix your fear

lover oh lover
with this blade of old
I will be released
I wish I had your heart as pure as gold

wanderer oh wanderer
why did you have to go
choose to take your life
I regret my words oh I regret them so

lover oh lover
I am free
I no longer have any prayer
for you to love me
