I sit here waiting at the dawn of midnight
Waiting for the sun to rise
For another day to begin.
To restart the same tedious cycle I long to break
Eighteen hours go by
The day is long gone now
Nothing has changed
Here I am writing again waiting for tomorrow to start all over
I look up at the stars, shining so right
And fall asleep under the sky's moonlight
