A place where the grass is grown,
Just to be killed by stomping feet,
End of the season usually some snow,
Making sure to keep long spikes on their cleats,
Going hard for the run or deep for the pass,
Trying for the touchdown but doing it with class,
Football is the game they love to play,
Practice is tough from day to day,
In the end is it worth it, the football scene,
Yes because the championship is the ultimate dream
