Alone in the World of Lust

Walking through the door,
Nothing but silence streamed past her tender ears,
There she stood waiting for his warm presence,
A man of her dreams centered upon her vision,
His mouth begins to open,
Sending powerful sorrow emotions throughout her every vein,
Everything surrounding her closes in,
Nothing seems to be human anymore,
Her heart drumming like a drum line,
Turning black and slowly ripping at the seam,
Tears pondering down her fragile face,
Listening to the words slither from his mouth,
Caught to her disgust,
“I love you, but…..I have to much going for me. It’s best if we…”
Her elegance turns into clumsiness,
Her face blurs to a waterfall,
Knowing it’s the end,
Not just for today,
