Winter
My frosty window mumbles and creaks
as a gust of wind whispers
into its snow-crusted, glass surface.
Pellets of frozen water mount
against the netted screen.
And a ferocious breeze
seeps through the outline of the wood work.
Looking out,
snow spirals through the air.
Dancing.
Among the ftosty-tipped trees.
The ground shimmers and sparkles
as mounds of snow glisten
under the moonlight.
Shining brighter than the stars.
Beautiful.
Gorgeous.
Breath-taking.
Gone.
