To all you have to say




But trust me I wouldn’t give it up



Not even for a day




I like you just the way you are



Because that is how God made you



And though your life may be a pain



I know that God will guide you




Please don’t forget how you became



The person that you are



And though it doesn’t seem too great



I know that you’ll go far




Dear Nickie, if your fears come true



And you feel you’re near a dead end



Don’t hesitate to call me



It don’t even matter when




I don’t promise you I’ll always be



The person that you’ll always need



But girl I’ll love you just the same



And pray that God will ease your pain
