Temporary Insanity
Sorry for the silence,
but just standby;
as i drown in the notion
that you could love me
My head fills up,
not with air
but with thoughts.
Got to leave here
Feet hit the pavement.
Take off running.
Heart beating through my shirt,
As the lines on the road blur.
Out of beath
and feeling dizzy;
so afraid to think
of the pieces you could leave me in.
I hate having
this bittersweet taste
of falling hard
lingering on my tongue.
i can't,
i won't
let this be real
so i guess ive..
found myself
lost in a fantasy
just caught up
in temporary insanity.
