Favorite Quote:
"The true morn dawneth from the depths of a darksome night, and the world-illuminating light of day poureth forth from the canopy of a night of gloom. The enchanting flower bloometh on a branch of thorns..." Abdu'l-Bahá,Lawh Hájí Muhammad Sádiq K

Her footsteps left futile dents on the dusty road

Holes that emptied you with every sinking step,

Her piercing cry clung to the blossoming trees,

But you ignored her, letting the tears sting your eyes

Her eyes glistened against the twilight sky,

Reminding you of sweet dreams beyond the horizon

Her wistful voice tucked you into bed

Whispering soothing lullabies on shadowy nights

You were awakened in the night, missing Esperanza.
